Whispering Seas: A Gulf-Front, Family-Friendly Low-Rise Beach Resort

Don't fight the crowds in a high-rise or wait all day for an elevator to get to the beach or back up to your condo! Whispering Seas is a low-rise, family-friendly Gulf-front resort with less than 20 rental units. Whispering Seas has a pool right on the beach plus a wide Gulf-front terrace with four grills, picnic tables, and a picnic pavilion. Our newly upgraded wi-fi network lets you can enjoy the view and surf the neton the terrace and in your condo.

Every condo at Whispering Seas is directly on the beach with a Gulf-front balcony or patio and is beautifully furnished with a fully equipped kitchen. All of our units have a washer/dryer right in the condo, except for units 105A and 205B; and there's a laundry room in the building. There's a reason our regulars come back year after year! Dunes of Panama D-105 - Gulf-front 2BR & Dog-Friendly

Why leave the dog at home, when you can bring the family's best friend on vacation to the beach. Dunes of Panama D-105 is a lovely Gulf-front 2BR that sleeps 7, with a King bed in the master bedroom and a Full bed and Twin bed in the guest bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the living room. This condo allows dogs. Dunes of Panama offers incredible resort amenities, including 3 pools, with one heated, shuffleboard, tennis and an on-site convenience store.

Gulf Highlands - Townhome Privacy - Resort Amenities w/Pool on Beach

We offer two beautiful two bedroom townhomes in Gulf Highlands, a full-service beach resort with amenities including a Gulf-front pool and club house with snack bar, 10 other pools, tennis and putt-putt. 232 St. Katherine is a beautiful 2BR/2.5BA with a rear patio overlooking one of the resort's heated pools and just a short walk to the beach club and Gulf-front pool. 138 Abbie Lane is an updated and completely renovated 2BR/1.5 BA. This beautiful townhome is just 50 yards from one of the resort's pool and also a short walk to the beach club and Gulf-front pool.

Pelican Walk 501 - Gulf-front 3BR/2BA - 2 Pools; Hot Tub; Tennis

Pelican Walk 501 combines the large, spacious rooms of this three bedroom condo -- with plenty of room to sleep 10 - with Great Gulf views as well as a hot tub, a raquetball court, lighted tennis courts and 2 pools on the beach! Pelican Walk 501 has two bedrooms with King Beds and the third bedroom has two Queen beds; and there's also a Queen sleeper in the living room. The fully equipped kitchen has been totally redone with new everything -- appliances, counter top and tile.

6714 Gulf Drive - 2BR/1BA Duplex; Across from Beach; Dog-Friendly

6714 Gulf Drive is a comfortable and spacious 2BR/1BA duplex that sleeps with a Queen Bed in both bedrooms and a sleeper sofa in the living room. This duplex is right across the street from the beach and has Wi-Fi. 671 Gulf Drive is dog-friendly, so your pup can watch as you grill up the day's catch on the two-story deck -- with great views of the Gulf! The fully equipped kitchen also has a full-size washer and dryer.

Nautical Watch C8 - Pool-Side; Steps to Beach; 1BR/1BA - Pool; Sleeps 4

This spacious one bedroom condo sleeps 4, with a Queen Bed in the bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the living room. There's a a full kitchen, a large balcony overlooking the big pool. There's even a view of the beach and the Gulf from the front door -- and you're just steps to the resort's Gulf access. Nautical Watch has a Queen Bed in the bedroom and a Sleeper Sofa in the living room, so the unit can comfortably sleep 4. Nautical Watch is located at 6205 Thomas Drive.

8212A Surf Drive-2BR/2BA Townhouse;Across from Beach;Dog-Friendly

8212A Surf Drive is a beautiful 2BR/2BA townhouse sleeps 6, with a King Bed in one bedroom and a Queen Bed in the other bedroom - plus a sleeper sofa in the living room. The spacious balcony and living and dining area and the full kitchen are on the second floor, so you will enjoy great Gulf views. You will also love the convenience of the fenced yard in this dog-friendly townhouse -- that's right across the street from the beach access!

Sandcastle Villas #29-1/2 Block Walk-to-Beach Efficiency;Pool; Sleeps 4

Sandcastle Villas 29 combines the convenience of a spotless, cozy and beautifully decorated efficiency condo with full kitchen and bath -- just a 1/2 block walk to the beach with incredible rates. Save money and enjoy a great vacation in Panama City Beach. Sandcastle Villas 29 has a Queen Bed and a Sleeper Sofa, so the unit can comfortably sleep 4.
