Whether it's the low-rise convenience of our 18 condos at Whispering Seas or Mariner West 409, our condos are perfect for families and groups; and the amenities,including the Gulf-front pool, and the beach are uncrowded.
We offer 1, 2, & 3 bedroom condos that sleep up to 10 people. All the condos have Gulf-front balconies or patios with great views of the beach and sunsets, fully equipped kitchens, living rooms with TV and DVD, and free internet. Our rental office is located at 6815 Thomas Drive, so you can get checked in easily and start enjoying your vacation. Our units are 100% non-smoking. At this time, we do not have any pet friendly condos.

Don't fight the crowds in a high-rise or wait all day for an elevator to get to the beach or back up to your condo! Whispering Seas is a low-rise, family-friendly Gulf-front resort with less than 20 rental units. Whispering Seas has a pool right on the beach with an awesome, splinter-free sun deck plus a wide Gulf-front terrace with four grills. There's also 4 picnic tables on the terrace and a picnic pavilion. We've upgraded our secure, wi-fi network with more than a dozen routers. So you can enjoy the view and surf the net on the terrace and in your condo.
Every condo at Whispering Seas is directly on the beach with a Gulf-front balcony or patio and is beautifully furnished with a fully equipped kitchen. All of our units have a washer/dryer right in the condo, except for units 105A and 205B; and there's a laundry room in the building. There's a reason our regulars come back year after year! Mariner West -- Gulf-Front -- Pool, Tennis, Fitness & Game Rooms
We offer Mariner West 409 -- a beautifully furnished and decorated Gulf-front one bedroom/two bath condo that sleeps 6. Mariner West is right on the beach and right in the heart of the convenient Thomas Drive area. All of the units at Mariner West are one bedroom condos with two full bathrooms, full kitchens, living room, dining room and large balconies on the beach. The resort has an elevator and a Gulf-front pool and terrace. You can also enjoy the tennis court, fitness room, game room with pool table, clubroom with kitchenette, and the shuffleboard court. Mariner West has it all!
