"The condo is fantastic! It's an older complex, but this unit is updated very nicely and you honestly could not be any closer to the beach. It is only a 3-story complex, so you'll only have to navigate two flights of stairs. Usually, in these smaller older units you hear all your neighbors, but we didn't hear anyone next to us all week. "This location was awesome! I love because it was a smaller set of condos we were able to let our kids feel like they could do their own thing without having to walk with them everywhere. Myself and my fiancé rented a condo and my friend and her husband rented one as well, and we have kids ranging from 4-14 and we were able to let the older ones go to the pool and the beach and we could see them from our patio because it only has 3 levels. No one minded that there wasn’t an elevator...we were on the 3rd floor and it never was a problem. It was actually better because we didn’t have to wait in a crazy line to get in an elevator. We actually talked and are going to make it our new place to go every year. Really convenient grilling by the pool, great location! It honestly has everything we wanted the kids were able to do their thing without us hovering over their every move and we were able to relax and enjoy our time without feeling like it was work!! Also you can walk to the pizza place, ice cream shop,liquor store and newbies. Walmart is really close too! The beach isn’t over crowded either. The condo was plenty big enough. It had extra sleeping stuff like pillows and blankets and 2 cots. Kitchen was fully stocked we had everything we needed. I would recommend bringing extra trash bags and toilet paper/ paper towels. the staff told us that ahead of time too...I can say you won’t be disappointed we all had a blast and plan to do it here every year going forward!!"--Liz, July 2019

"Highly recommend! Booked at last minute when we decided to continue our vacation in Panama city beach. They were quick to respond to our last minute booking. The condo was beautifully decorated, very clean and very close to the private beach! We even had a view of dolphins playing in the water one morning! Very thoughtful also, as they had beach chairs and toys to use. We could not get the tv to work in the guest bedroom but we spent most of our time on the beach anyway. "This was our first time in Panama City and also our first time using Panama Beach Time. The staff was excellent, very quick response time. The condo was just as pictured. Easy parking, easy to find. Great amenities and beach location could not be better. Short drive to major attractions, under 10 mins from everything, but if you are looking for relaxation it is perfect. For older adults I would recommend requesting ground level as there is no elevator for moving in and out but my 50-55 yr old in laws had no trouble with the 2 short flights of stairs. "We got in a little late the first day but the late check-in process was a super easy. Everything in the condo was as advertised and our family had a great time. One of our favorite aspects was how easy and quickly we could get to the beach and in the water while still having access to a pool if the waves were too much for our youngest. We brought an Xbox along with us for the evenings and for when it was raining. That proved to be a big win although the WiFi was a little spotty at times. Otherwise, great location with access to daily conveniences within walking distance and plenty of restaurants and family activities. "We stayed in unit 306 in August 2015. The management company was great, as noted by the outdoor facilities and indoor touches like clean place, plenty of fresh towels, toilet paper, paper towels, outdoor grill etc. These are not the things you want to worry about when at the beach. The unit was a bit dated, but with a beautiful view of the gulf and literally steps from the sand--you should be outside anyway.
