6618 Gulf Drive is a beautiful 3BR/2BA Old Florida bungalow that is just steps to the beach. You just cross tiny Gulf Drive and it is literally steps to the sand to enjoy the beach and the beautiful sunsets over the Gulf! This single family home sleeps 10. The front bedroom has a King bed; the master bedroom has a King bed and flat screen TV; and the third bedroom has a Queen bed and also has a flat screen TV. The sunroom right off the living room has two twin beds; and the living room has a sleeper sofa and large flat screen TV.

You will love the fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook and save money as well as a large dining table. You can also enjoy the Gulf breezes and cook and eat on the front patio with grill and table. Two full baths and a laundry closet with washer and dryer right out back door. Wi-Fi. You can't beat the convenience of the keypad lock, so you don't have to worry about keys. Outdoor shower to rinse off the sand.

"I was curious about the white sand of Panama City beach. So I wanted something so close to the beach. This place was exactly what I was looking for. The white sandy beach was two steps away from the house. I promise you will feel like home as soon as you step in. We had a nice grilling party at out side patio. Patio’s little charcoal grill and 8 person sitting table helped us to have a perfect family night while listening to the waves crashing at the beach. David and Mary were fantastic to work with and helped us with any questions or needs we had. Thank you Mary!! The house was perfect! We had commented all week about how thrilled we were with our choice. It has been redecorated since the last photos were taken and the new artwork and furniture have a very old world FL feel and are just lovely! Lots of beds and lots of room for my family of 5, all of whom are adult size. The carport was a perfect place to store our beach chairs and tent each night. The outdoor shower got lots of use. We had everything we needed plus some. I can't stress how wonderfully close the beach is from the house. We were walking in sand within 20 steps! "Our family thoroughly enjoyed our time at the bungalow. It's truly a hidden gem on a quiet dead-end street. The photos do not do it justice. The home feels more spacious and brighter in person. The beds are comfortable, and the kitchen is well stocked. Televisions are located in the living room, master, and one guest bedroom. The #12 public beach access point is literally steps away from the front of the property. Excellent location. Great communication with staff. "Had a great stay with our extended family at this location. It was roomy enough that everyone was able spread out and have personal space. Due to COVID, we cooked or ordered delivery for all of our meals and it worked out well. Everything worked as expected, and there were some nice touches like a 4K TV and high end washer/dryer. It was literally just a few steps from the beach, and it wasn't hard to carry all of our beach gear to the beach from this location. As others mentioned there is a neighbor that had a dog that barked at a little bit at night, but the owner took care of it quickly without us having to complain."--Jason, April 2021

"It was awesome! We were 8 ladies and we wanted to have a sewing and beach trip. We picked the house because we noticed in the pictures the bathroom was handicapped accessible. The house was big enough for all 8 of us and our 8 sewing machines. We had a problem with the cable the 2nd night. We called the number and we talked to someone who tried to help us but couldn’t in less than 10 minutes the owner was knocking on our door wanting to fix it for us. "The house was perfect and is literally just steps 2 the beach! We liked how it was on a dead end so there was no thru traffic when taking the few steps it took to the beach access. It is also close to one of the beach stand rentals for activities and just a short drive or bike to St Andrew's State Park. It is by one of the multi condo places but there is a long strip of beach that is in front of the private houses so you can sit away from the condos where it tends to be more crowded. It was perfect for us! It had all the necessary kitchen nessicities, more than enough linen, charcoal grill, huge washer and dryer, and smart TVs so was able to watch Netflix, etc. I have stayed at quite a few airbnbs with my family and with friends and this definitely exceeded expectations. Highly recommend. We also booked about 2 weeks before we stayed. I do not think this is typical for this house considering the great location, so would recommend booking in advance. We definitely lucked out finding this last minute! Also, the pictures, in my opinion, do not do the house justice. It was nicer than I anticipated. :)"--Sarah, July 2020

"This stay was fabulous. We have a large family and the house was perfect for us. The beach access is right across from the house and the location was right in the middle of everything yet still tucked away. We could not have asked for a better place to enjoy our 4th of July weekend. The staff was prompt with responding to messages and even when our first code didn't work a quick phone call and they had a new one pronto. The inside is spacious and has so many amenities - we only had to bring ourselves and some snacks! We loved the grill out front, it was just what we needed for shrimp skewers. Easy access to both bathrooms was a huge plus. I love the side by side layout, and the old style charm. The walk to the beach took about thirty seconds, the house is that close.
