There are no additional administrative, cleaning, processing, sunshine, white sandy beaches, registration or any fees of any kind added to our rates. The rates we quote include all fees but do not include the 11.5% state and local tax. Your price with tax is the total, total amount you owe at check-in!
By making this reservation, you agree to these terms and conditions. Reservations are not confirmed until a credit card number is on file. For reservations for 2011 visits, we do not charge a deposit. Your credit card will not be charged to hold the reservation. See below for our 2012 reservations policy. The cancellation window is 6 weeks for monthly bookings and 4 weeks in peak season which is Memorial Day to Labor Day and March 1st to Easter Monday. The cancellation period for Thunder Beach and Ironman is also four weeks. The rest of the year, the cancellation window is 2 weeks. If you cancel with less than this notice, your credit card is charged $150 for 2011 visits or you lose your one-night payment for 2012 bookings. If you do not show up and do not call to cancel your reservation, you will be charged a $300 no-show fee. Please take the time to call and cancel if you are not coming. Thank you for your courtesy.
The onlne reservation system does not properly process or accept reservation more than 11 months in advance. We can not confirm reservations more than 11 months in advance. Panama Beach Time does not guarantee rates or availability information more than 11 months in advance. Regardless of any automated e-mail confirmation from Webervations, Panama Beach Time does not confirm reservations in any circumstances more than 11 months in advance.
For all reservations for stays in 2012 and beyond, we will charge the card on file at the time of the reservation for the cost of one night's stay. This payment at reservation will be deducted from your balance due at check in. We can not cofirm any bookings for 2012 and future visits until we have received payment for one night's stay. If you cancel with more than two weeks' notice, we will refund the one-night payment to your credit card. If you cancel with two weeks or less notice, we will not refund your initial payment as a cancellation fee. The reservation is not confirmed until we have your credit card number on file and we receive your one-night's payment at reservation for 2012 and future bookings. You will receive a confirmation of your reservation by e-mail. The automated reservation request generated by our online booking engine Webervations is not your final confirmation. Your reservation is not confirmed until you receive your confirmation from Panama Beach Time. Please call us at 850-708-1429 with any questions.
For 2012 bookings of Whispering Seas ground floor condos, the reservation must be for 7 nights from Saturday-to-Saturday only from May 26, 2012 to August 4, 2012. We do not confirm reservations on the ground floor for less than or more than 7 nights or for check-in on any other day besides Saturday. All 2012 Spring Break bookings at Whispering Seas from March 3 to March 17 are also limited to 7 night weekly bookings from Saturday-to-Saturday. There's a 5 night minimum stay for all bookings for all other condos between June 2, 2012 and July 28, 2012 but you can check in and check out on any day. Reflections at Bay Point 507 has a 3-night minimum for Summer 2012.
NEW RENTAL OFFICE FOR CHECK IN AT 6815 THOMAS DRIVE
Please come to our Panama Beach Time rental office at 6815 Thomas Drive for check in. You will need to sign a check-in agreement and pay the balance due at check in. Check-in is 3:00 P.M Central Time and check-out is 10:00 A.M Central Time. If you are staying at Whispering Seas, please drop your keys in the Key Drop Box located across from the laundry room. If you are staying at another location, please leave the keys on the dining table or kitchen island. Panama City Beach is in the Central Time Zone. Ample time is important to allow us to have the units ready for the next guest. Late check-outs may be charged for an extra day stay. To assure the quality of your condo, we can not accommodate early check-ins. Cleaning staff are not able to assume responsibility for your bags.
Each unit will be stocked with linens and bath towels when you arrive. Daily maid service or change out of linens or towels is not included in the rate. Please do not remove bath towels from your unit and please bring your own beach towels. We do not allow smoking inside the condos and do not allow pets. Please smoke outside or on the balcony and make other arrangements for your pets during your visit. There will be a $300 charge for smoking in any of the condos. Please respect the health concerns of owners and other guests. We do not charge a damage deposit but you will need to sign a check-in agreement to acknowledge your agreement and compliance with our smoking and damage policies.
AGE LIMIT/SPRING BREAK
The age limit to reserve a room is 25. We can not reserve a unit to people who are under 25, except during Spring Break (the first Saturday in March until the first Saturday in April) when the age is 21 only at Whispering Seas. We have additional Spring Break policies. The registered guest must be 21 or over and all guests must be 19 or over. We will need a scan of each guests' ID at check-in. In addition to the balance due, we also collect a $300 refundable damage deposit at check-in. As long as there are no damaged or missing items, we will refund your damage deposit. We will process the refund on your deposit two days after your check-out, or Monday for a Saturday check-out. We need this time to inspect the condo and assess any damage or missing items.
Parking is limited, please do not plan to bring more than two vehicles per unit. We can only provide a maximum of two parking permits per condo. Vehicles parked without a parking permit may be towed.
